The placeOffers identifiable views of the neighborhood and the most spectacular architecture. When Gail was hired for the position at the Getty Center, she had to transport to Los Angeles. The people I was with and I were residing in San Francisco at the time, and I knew neither of us could afford to transport to Los Angeles proper. The people I was with and I looked for real estate however both of us only had a few weeks to locate something affordable and close to The Getty Center. I task from home, so that eliminates having to worry about 1 person’s task and location. Gail and I were really unofficial with the neighborhoods around Los Angeles, however Gail found several places for rent in a neighborhood called Tarzana. Tarzana was a decent place to live when my wife and I moved here 15 years ago, however since recreational marijuana became legal, there have been a number of dispensaries open in the retail spaces near my home. Gail and I are terribly unhappy about this latest turn of events and assume it will 1 morning affect our property value. The cannabis industry has been booming, however it is having a disadvantage impact on my property value. No 1 wants to transport closer to the location of a cannabis shop. The only superb thing about residing in Tarzana is the fact that the Getty Center is so short of a drive. With gas prices nearing $5 a gallon, both of us will have to stay put.
