When I got a task in Chicago I was legitimately excited… I was glad to be in a large city area where there are bars, eating establishments, shops plus theaters, but when I started looking around for rentals I was just horrified by the costs! Thankfully I found a rental that was reasonably priced for a week.
I gotta try the city out plus decide if the cost of an home was worth it.
It easily was not. The area was loud, boisterous plus could be alarming at night. I started looking at areas outside of Chicago that I could live plus commute to work. That is how I found Orland Park. It is a cute little area with a nice park, forest preserve, plus hockey. The area is legitimately pretty, quiet plus quite cheap for myself and others to live in, but now that I have lived a year in Orland, I don’t regret my decision, however everything would have been more fancy in the city plus I would not have been able to buy a house. Now I have my own condo plus can take care of it separate from any worry. Recently my Heating plus Air Conditioning system died plus I didn’t fear chopping the bank. I have my option of Heating plus Air Conditioning companies since I am close to the city but I wasn’t dealing with a high priced apartment. I needed to get both heating plus cooling functions since Illinois does get highs plus lows requiring it. The Wintertide weather can get in the 30s plus the summer time weather gets hot. I love that I get both highs plus lows though. It makes myself and others adore each season.
