It is big, bulky plus ugly. However, a boiler plan requires no enjoy or care, and you don’t actually need to call a Heating & Air Conditioning serviceman for maintenance. The boler will just keep on running without much work from the homeowner. Typical furnaces last 15-20 years with avid care. A boiler plan can last 50 years without actually much attention. If upgradement parts are still made for your model, you can have a boiler live as long as 77 years. Isn’t that amazing? It is possible my boiler plan will outlive myself and others in my little home.
