I had a celebration at our lake house & I invited lots of friends from the city, then i had a apartment full of people when the AC broke down. I was embarrassed, sad, & devastated. I did not assume who to call. One of our neighbors commanded a corporation in Tampa Bay that handles weekend Heating & Air Conditioning repairs. I contacted the Heating & Air Conditioning provider & the corporation representative answered the PC on the first ring… A very nice & polite person asked for some general information. I told her our name, telephone number, make & model of the equipment & our home, & a brief explanation of the complication occurring was the system, however the person asked myself and others to hold for a few hours. A gentleman came to the PC… He asked myself and others a couple of more questions about the Heating & Air Conditioning unit. These questions were much more detailed. He agreed to come to our lake house to evaluate & examine the system. I told all of our guests that the celebration had to end early because of the problems with the air conditioning system! My best neighbor was the only person still at the apartment when help arrived. The young & handsome Heating & Air Conditioning serviceman flirted with our neighbor when he got there. I told our neighbor to flirt harder, so all of us could get a substantial discount on the repairs, however she laughed, although I was certainly being serious. I knew the repairs to the air conditioning system were going to be costly & I wasn’t looking forward to paying the bill from the Tampa Bay Heating & Air Conditioning repair provider.
