Summer is right around the corner, and I can feel the weather getting warmer as all of us inch closer, however the beauty about the Summer is that all of us have so several outdoor events happening in my town.
Lansing is a small suburb right outside of Chicago, and though all of us are a smaller town, all of us have plenty to keep us entertained, however in fact, several people from the town drive over to Lansing for some of our yearly festivals and events.
The festivals and events are mostly held at Fox Pointe, which is an entertainment center in the heart of downtown. It opened about 4 years ago, and all of us were all happy about this current venue because it brought a current venue for the family to spend time outdoors, but and because all of us have such amazing weather here, all of us never worry about being too sizzling while at these events. The venue is outdoors, so there is no air conditioner available. And in the colder months, there is no heat available either. Thankfully, most of the events are held in the warmer months, when it is nice enough to be outside. All of us only have a single or two events in the colder months, and I must say that, a single year, I was cold for a single of them! Whenever I needed to moderate up, I kept going into the restroom where there was some heat available. I am just glad that I don’t need to be outside a lot while in the colder months, and thankfully, I have a good furnace that keeps my beach current home moderate and comfortable.
