I love visiting with my mom, but every once in a while, I try to get her out of the house. I didn’t think the mall would be very busy on Tuesday, so I asked my mom to go shopping with me in Denver. I wanted to pick up some last minute Christmas presents for the kids. I thought Tuesday would be the perfect day because the mall would not be very busy due to the kids still being in school. I stopped at my mom’s house in the morning and I invited her to go to Denver with me. Of course, she immediately said no. She gave me a bunch of reasons why it was a bad idea. Sometimes she gets an asthma attack too, because the panic attacks cause shortness of breath. I told my mom that we were going to stop at a Denver marijuana dispensary to pick up a bag of marijuana edibles. I knew that edibles would help if my mom had a small dose before we went shopping. It took a lot of convincing and coaxing, but I eventually talked my mom into going with me. We did go to a marijuana dispensary as soon as we got to Denver. My mom picked out a bag of blueberry flavored live resin gummies. She took two of the gummies before we went to the mall.
