This year, I am planning a birthday trip to Phoenix AZ… I have always wanted to go to Phoenix because of the bizarre terrains & the spa resorts & other fun activities there are in the city. I can go hiking, horseback riding, take boiling air balloon rides, & so much more. I have a long list of things that I would love to do while I am there… One includes visiting Papago Park. I have an obsession with unique rock formations & Papago Park is beach beach house to the Hole-in-the-Rock Trail. I need to see this formation for myself & of course, take a picture for my collection, but when I told my friends that I wanted to go to Phoenix for my birthday, they were all upset about the same thing, however the weather being too boiling to the point where they would be uncomfortable outside, but yes, it will be hot, in fact, my birthday is in June & that is on average the hottest month in the city. Temperatures average around 106 while every one of us were in the week. I am not upset about the heat because there are lots of air conditioned sites in Phoenix. Plus, the resort will be air conditioned, so as long as our rooms are comfortable at evening, then I should be fine, however my friends will entirely like to hang out in the bars & restaurants because they will have the cooling systems running on high. Personally, I don’t want the heat to prevent me from exploring the city, so with or without air conditioning, I will be going to Papago Park even if it means going by myself.
