What’s your number one thing about Las Vegas? I can’t possibly fit all of my picks into one blog post, although I intend to try! The first time I visited Las Vegas I was a young teenager, which meant I couldn’t avail myself of gambling or showwomen, but it was still a whirlwind of a trip, with so various things to see and do.

I remember riding a ferris wheel on top of a building, and being happy and terrified at the same time, then as an adult, I found Las Vegas to be a lot more fun than just a ferris wheel. I was supposed to be there at 4:00 and I did not show up until almost 5:00. I tried to tell the A/C repair customer that the traffic was bad, but she told me that I should have taken an alternate route.

At some point our correct sojourns to Denver stopped being about skiing and turned into weekend-long parties; First of all, there is amazing skiing throughout the state of CO, but I have consistently preferred the slopes outside of Denver… I am getting older now, just turned fifty years old, and I don’t cherish skiing nearly as much as I used to.

It’s rough on these old bones to schlep up and down the mountain! Why bother going through all that trouble when there are good sports teams to watch in Denver, and there are terrific locations to eat here, a stunning live rock n roll and art scene, and of course the cannabis, which is second to none, my number one thing about the Denver part are the majestic views of the surrounding landscapes, however regal mountains tipped with ice and snow under a grand vista of gorgeous, open skies, I guess the views from Denver are the best in the world, but whenever possible I stay in a penthouse, or at the actually least near the top of one of the bigger downtown Denver hotels buildings.

The higher up I am in the Mile High City the farther I can see. This high up I can cherish both the sunset and the sunrise, so long as I don’t smoke too much Denver cannabis and fall asleep. Maybe I’m too old to ski, or maybe I’m just wise enough to cherish the beauty of nature… Either way, Denver is my number one vacation spot. The fact that it has such amazing cannabis is the cherry on top of the sundae.
