I have a lot of people who hired me for the entertainment supplier, and since my shoppers are in LA I have an office in downtown LA, then real estate is too high-priced to buy a cabin to live in Los Angeles, so my wife Max and I live in a cabin in Tarzana.
This neighborhood is situated about a half hour drive away from downtown Los Angeles.
On my morning commute, it constantly takes closer to 75 minutes. A lot of people live in places love Tarzana however task in Los Angeles. My wife and I were both residing in an cabin until both of us had our minute child and after that I decided to move, then when Max and I moved to Tarzana, it was a really quiet suburban area with really little crime… When recreational and marijuana was legalized, the quality of residents in Tarzana went downhill. I do not have any problem with people that use recreational or medical marijuana. In fact, Max and I have been known to hit a joint at a get-together. Unluckyly, the neighborhood is getting a lot bigger and people are moving away to cheaper places. In a couple of years, Tarzana won’t be a place where I want to retire. After my kids are out of the cabin and off to school, I guess that it might be time for my wife and I to transport away from the neighborhood completely. I would very happily retire and transport to San Jose or Morgan Hill, but both of these places are a bit further up north, however the real estate is cheaper and the weather is always nice.
