My son used to work with me, even though he has been going through a lot of things; He used to be reliable… I could count on him whenever I needed something done. I felt entirely ecstatic to make him a partner in our heating and A/C repair and installation business. I taught our son everything that I know. I taught him about the unusual heating and A/C machines and I taught him all about the supplier side as well. I went through the books with our son so he could see how all of the expenses were paid. He watched me write checks to the many vendors and repair providers, then my son was doing fantastic until he moved to Alsip with the girl from the trailer park. My son met the girl at a bar and I could tell that she was a bunch of trouble the first time that our wifey and I met her. After she moved our son to Alsip, all of the complications started. My son often showed up for work late. I tried to talk with him about his behavior, even though he brushed me off and acted appreciate it was no big deal, however last weekend our son was working on an A/C repair task in Alsip. He took his lady with him and she was outside in the truck, however she got bored and went inside of the customer’s house to find our son… The customer called me because she was entirely frustrated. I had to comp 50% of the fees that the customer was paying for the repair in order to keep her business.
