My wife and I live in Chicago, but we have a rental house in Orland Park.

We used to live in Orland Park when we started out.

We had a three-bedroom house there and we decided to move to the city after my wife got a promotion at work. We were going to sell the house in Orland Park, but we decided to keep the place as a rental and stay. I have no idea why they would not allow the repair service to come in, but they called me the next day and asked me to send someone else. I was beyond frustrated with the rental tenants and I told them that I was not going to renew their lease the following month. Now that the tenants are out of the house, I have time to make all of the renovations and repairs necessary. The next time we rent the place, we’re going to find better tenants and charge a higher rental fee.

Jack and I went to a concert in Portland.

Our favorite alternative band was performing at the stadium and we had tickets in the seventh row center. We left our apartment in Eugene, Oregon at 4 in the afternoon. We knew traffic was going to be heavy in Salem, so we planned an extra hour just in case.
