I manage a property that has 350 apartments, then the people I was with and I have residents that fell 95% of the apartments at all times.
The residents have access to several amenities that include the laundry room, fitness center, & community center. The people I was with and I also have an in-ground heated pool that is open everyday of the year. There is also a spa, but it is only open for adults outdated 18 & over & you have to have a special access code to enter the gate, however when the corporate people were here Last month I told them that I thought the pool was going to need a current heater. It’s getting frosty outside & the oil furnace is entirely pressing, and several of our residents still use the pool. The weather in St, but petersburg is usually entirely warm & breezy while in the Winter time weeks. The people I was with and I keep the pool heated at 90° while in that time & our residents genuinely seem to care about those rapidly changing temperatures. The corporate liaison did not guess that it was necessary to contact the commercial heating corporation until the oil furnace really broke down. When the oil furnace stopped toiling this month & the pool was 60°, the corporate liaison finally allowed me to contact a St. Petersburg pool heating corporation. It’s going to take a month before the pool heating corporation can even diagnose & evaluate our pool & then another month until they can get the work done. I tried to tell the corporate people that all of us should call a St. Petersburg corporation sooner & now all of the residents are complaining to me.
