I work in Phoenix, but I live just east of the neighborhood in tempe, but tempe is a suburb of Phoenix, however all of us basically share the Phoenix Sky Harbor International airport. The 2 cities are certainly close to each other. I make more money working in Phoenix, but I pay cheaper real estate taxes residing outside of the city. I obtained a home a couple of years ago. I never saw myself putting down roots in Phoenix, but I met a girl here while in college and she was from the area, she did not want to move East so I decided to stay in Phoenix. All of us obtained a home outside of the neighborhood a couple of years ago, however last year was the first time that the people I was with and I legitimately had to test the heating and cooling system. In Phoenix, the summer time temperatures can reach more than 100°. It is not unofficial for the weather to be certainly dry and hot. It was hard on the AC component to keep the home cool. I realize that it might be necessary to get a minute air conditioner for the house. The main parts of the home seem to be cool, however there are many areas towards the back study rooms where it seems love the temperatures are at least more than six or many degrees warmer, and when the summer time temps were hot this summer, I decided to use a thermometer to check. If I put a ductless AC component in the back of the house, it might be easier to control the indoor temperatures. It would also help the main system work more efficiently and less frequently.
