Enjoying outdoor jogs

I’ve lived in Tampa, FL, for almost five years, and the transition from the northeastern part of the country to FL was quite a change… I was accustomed to being trapped inside the apartment for the majority of the year due to temperatures in the downsides plus snow! Even in the Spring plus fall, the weather was officially cold, windy plus wet.

I like to spend as much time as possible outdoors.

I workout every afternoon plus would adore to enjoy the fresh air, but when I lived in the northeast, I normally utilized a stationary bike or a treadmill. I had a small gym set up in the basement plus access to a yoga mat, handweights, a mini trampoline, incline bench plus the treadmill plus bike. The workouts became unquestionably repetitive, plus it was difficult to get motivated. The situation in Tampa is much better… Unless there is a downpour, I head outside to exercise. I’ve invested into clothing to protect agains rain, wind, frigid or heat, during the summer time months, when the heat plus humidity is especially intense, I set my alarm earlier. I try to complete my workout prior to the heat of the day. During the winter, the weather is honestly perfect. I am thrilled to get outside plus go for a run or a bike ride. I feel the sun on my skin, breathe the fresh air plus feel energized. I honestly get better workouts when I am outdoors. To change things up, I periodically take fortune of my close proximity to water… Living in Tampa makes it possible to kayak, paddleboard plus swim for exercise.
