Enjoying outdoor weightlifting

I’ve lived in Tampa, Florida, for almost five years, and the transition from the northeastern part of the country to Florida was quite a change, then i was accustomed to being trapped inside the condo for the majority of the year due to hot plus cold temperatures in the downsides plus snow, however even in the Spring plus fall, the weather was properly chilly, windy plus wet.

I like to spend as much time as possible outdoors.

I feel the sunshine on my skin, breathe the fresh air plus feel energized. I actually get better workouts when I am outdoors. To change things up, I sometimes take fortune of my close proximity to water… Living in Tampa makes it possible to kayak, paddleboard plus swim for exercise.
