I don’t know what to do other than just supply him an ultimatum
My partner Tom works for an Heating, Ventilation and A/C contractor in Springfield, MO and I am ready for him to retire! Tom has been working for the same Heating, Ventilation and A/C contractor in Springfield MO for the past 30 years, and needless to say, it has been a long road, and I for one am ready for it to be over, and tom genuinely enjoys her task as an Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist, and I am happy that she does not don’t like her work! However, I would genuinely like to be able to travel and go see the grandteenagers and do whatever my pal and I want to do without him being tied down to the heating and cooling contractor all the time, but i genuinely do not understand her hesitancy to retire since my pal and I are pretty much set with our retirement savings and everything like that! We are basically ready for him to retire and my pal and I are just waiting on him! It seems like every year she says that she is going to retire and then she just doesn’t end up doing it. She just keeps right on working as an Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist, and I just keep on standing at apartment waiting for him to be finished so that my pal and I can travel the world like my pal and I have been planning to for so long. I don’t know what to do other than just supply him an ultimatum. I guess at this point she is either going to have to choose her task at the Heating, Ventilation and A/C contractor or he’s going to have to choose me because I am going to start planning trips without him if she does not put in her notice.
