I recently moved down south plus I just love it, then i love that I never deal with snow, below cold uneven temperatures, plus ice.

I like that it is warm the vast majority of the year.

I am extremely happy that I moved from the Northeast to Phoenix, Arizona, a few years ago.

I get up as early as I can tolerate to exercise before the heat of the day. For multiple months of the year, the temperature is already in the nineties by seven o’clock in the morning and steadily climbs into the triple digits. I stand directly in front of a box fan running on max speed and am drenched in sweat before I’ve finished my warmup.
