Last year, I won an all-inclusive trip to Bethlehem, PA from my job.

It was part of a team building exercise that we did.

I was surprised that I won, and at first, I wasn’t sure if I would like Bethlehem, PA. Also, there were plenty of air conditioned spaces that we could cool off in. And at nights, the weather cooled down a bit, so it was nice strolling through the well-manicured resort grounds. There were even days where I forgot that I was in the desert. If it wasn’t for the air conditioning inside the resort, I probably would’ve had a different experience. All in all, that was one of the best vacations that I’ve had. And staying in a luxury hotel with great air conditioning will make you forget about the hot temperature outside.

About 10 years ago, I packed up my apartment in the northeastern part of the country and moved to Bethlehem, PA. I went to school at the University of Alabama which is located in Tuscaloosa.

After I graduated, I took a job working at the school as a professor.

I teach mathematics to freshmen and sophomores at the university. I have an office on the second floor of the building.
